Neighborhood Description
Post Preserve is located near the popular Perimeter shopping center with easy highway access. It features a vast amount of parkland, woods, and wetlands, and is just across the street from Glacier Ridge Metro Park.
In 2015, plans to develop the adjacent farmland on Hyland Croy Road were submitted to the City of Dublin to develop the Hyland Croy Gateway District condo complex. Part of these plans also include the permanent re-routing of the Post Preserve entrance in preparation for a new on ramp to Route 33. Preliminary plans have Post Preserve's Post Road entrance closing in 2017, with a new entrance opening at Hyland-Croy Road and Stillhouse Lane.
